It’s inspired by Ajahn Buddhadasa’s ‘Spiritual Theatre’ at Wat Suan Mokkh, where Ayya Santacitta first encountered Buddhist meditation in 1988. The practice approach is based onthe teachings of Early Buddhism, the teachings of the Earth, and trauma-informed learning & activism.

Herbal Medicine & Nutrition
Alanna Birch is an eco chaplain and clinical herbalist who helps people respond to the grief, anxiety and overwhelm we face during this time of great climate unraveling. She also draws on a foundation in traditional western herbalism, nutritional counseling, traditional Chinese medicine, flower essence therapy, aromatherapy, therapeutic movement instruction, meditation counseling and deep earth connection.
